We are planning to breed 2 mares this year, 2012 and will continue to visit homes with out therapy horses this Spring and Summer.
Knock Out has had his first baby boy, 2010.
Liz Malinowski's mare,
Cavalier's Shadow Dancer, delivered a beautiful grey? colt on June 26th
during a lightning storm. His barn name will depict the time of his arrival,
Stormy. Mother and baby are doing well. Pictures to follow soon.
Jessy's (Rico's) new Owner

Jose and Amy Santiago came out on a blustery Spring day to play with Rico
Suave' (Jessy) before taking him home to Oelwein, IA. Jose and Rico were
having so much fun that wife, Amy had to join in the fun by riding Dreamer,
the Bit of Heaven's owners personal horse. Tho windy and chilly a good time
was had by all. We at 'Bit of Heaven' know that Rico has gone to an awesome
home and will be well loved. Congratulations to them all!!

Quad Cities All Breed Show August 2009

Dreamin and Abby attended the Quad Cities All breed Show in August 2009. This was the first time for both horses to show and they truly did it in Bit of Heaven style. Showing a calm acceptance of other horses and all the goings on. Both horses were in 4 classes each with both taking home ribbons in one of their classes. Not bad for first time out. Dreamin and I brought home a 2nd place and Nickie and Abby brought home a 3rd.
